Orders placed by 10am CT Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 10am will typically ship the following business day, weather permitting. Shipments of wine require an adult signature for delivery. Consider shipping to a place of business to ensure that your wines are delivered on the first attempt. FedEx will attempt to deliver your wine shipment 3 times. After that, FedEx will hold the package at their facility for 5 days before returning it to Arrington Vineyards. Purchasers are responsible for all taxes, shipping and handling fees, including shipments that are refused, returned or shipped to an old/wrong address. Should your wine shipment be returned to AV for any reason, the full shipping rate would be applied to the reship. All shipments returned back to Arrington Vineyards are subject to a $25 restocking fee.
When weather temperatures are extreme – either hot (above 85°F) or cold (below 20°F) – we will generally ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure same week delivery and avoid heat/cold damage. We may, at times, contact customers to recommend Overnight shipping (additional shipping fees will apply) or to delay shipment to ensure that your wine arrives undamaged. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number when your order has shipped.
FedEx shipping rates vary depending on your location and selected shipping speed.
Approximate GROUND shipping rates are based on the following wine bottle quantities:
1 to 2 bottles = $24 to $28
3 to 4 bottles = $26 to $32
5 to 6 bottles = $30 to $39
7 to 12 bottles = $36 to $61
Wine Club members receive complimentary ground shipping with every order of 12 bottles or more – saving members up to $61 per shipped order!

Yes! Overnight shipping options are available for an additional charge. We ship Express Overnight and 2-Day packages Mondays through Fridays. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will be shipped out the following business day. Also, please note that “2-Day Shipping” means 2 BUSINESS DAYS. FedEx may apply additional fees for special request.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO. We strongly recommend that you use a business address, if possible, to ensure that an adult 21 years or older will be available to sign for your wine shipment.

FedEx can hold your shipment at a FedEx location near you so that you can pick up your shipment at your convenience. You can also contact our Shipping Department directly at 615-395-0102 x 217 and we will be able to reroute your package to a new address for an additional fee.

Arrington Vineyards guarantees the quality of our products and service. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is flawed (cork taint, low fill, damaged packaging). We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged by adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Weather damage may include leakage, freezing, and/or corks pushing. All returns of merchandise must be completed within 30 days of your purchase receipt. Any issues with your wine purchase must be addressed within 30 days of your purchase receipt. If your wine purchase was returned to us as an “undeliverable package”, you must contact us within 30 days of the shipment being returned to Arrington Vineyards.
