The grapes were sourced from the Horse Heaven Hills AVA of Washington state, primarily from the Culloden Vineyard owned by the Mercer family. Following meticulous fermentation and settling processes, the wine matured gracefully in American oak barrels for an impressive 22 months. The result is a timeless Cabernet Sauvignon, exuding flavors that delight the palate today and promise to evolve elegantly over the next decade. Anticipate peak flavor perfection around the year 2029.
