The grapes for this Chardonnay were sourced from several vineyards in the Columbia Valley of Washington. The juice was gently extracted and cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to capture its crisp, fruity flavors and aromas. We then aged the wine with toasted French oak staves for six months to naturally impart a light vanilla oak flavor complexity to the wine. This wine is a classic American Chardonnay experience: elegant with balanced acidity, loaded with flavor, and a nice smooth vanilla oak finish. Best enjoyed now until 2025.
