• MARCH 2026: Payment is processed March 1, 2026.
  • MAY 2026: Payment is processed May 1, 2026.
  • SEPTEMBER 2026: Payment is processed Sept 1, 2026.
  • NOVEMBER 2026: Payment is processed Nov 1, 2026.

Notifications of Automated Club Orders –
Members will receive notice at least ten (10) days prior to each club release detailing important dates associated with the upcoming shipment. Members are solely responsible for updating credit card information, billing and shipping addresses, club tier, or wine selections prior to the processing date stated in the notice.

All eligible payment methods on file may be used to process automated club orders. By enrolling, members authorize Arrington Vineyards, without further notice, to charge any eligible payment method associated with the account. If a primary payment method is declined, Arrington Vineyards may charge an alternate payment method on file. Members who do not wish alternate cards to be charged are advised not to store multiple credit cards on their account or permit friends or family members to use the account. Account changes submitted after order processing will not be accepted.
