Honeysuckle 2022
This wine was made from very ripe Gewurztraminer grapes. Though not labeled as a “late harvest” wine, it’s very similar in style and flavor. After pressing the grapes, the very sweet juice was cold fermented until the alcohol content naturally reached 9%. The fermenting juice was then chill filtered to stop the fermentation, resulting in a naturally sweet wine from the unfermented sugar that remained. This wine’s delicious fruit flavors are best enjoyed now through 2026.
