Made from our best barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon, this special reserve wine is named for Kix Brooks, the seventeenth bottling of this series, made from the 2023 vintage. Dense, rich and age-worthy, this full-bodied Cabernet is Kix’s favorite! We source these grapes from the Red Heaven Vineyard in the Red Mountain AVA – and they are always the most small, tannic and intense berries of all the grapes we buy. This wine was aged in 100% French oak barrels for 22 months. This wine will age well for 10 years but will probably taste best before 2030.

Food Pairing: This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs beautifully with grilled ribeye, grilled lamb, or aged Gouda, as well as earthy dishes like mushroom risotto or herb-crusted pork, enhancing its bold flavors and structured profile.
