Red Fox Red 2021

Made primarily from Sangiovese grapes, this blend also includes Petite Sirah and Chambourcin for additional complexity. After fermentation, each wine was pressed, settled, and then aged for 20 months in French, Hungarian, and American oak barrels. We blend these grape varieties together to create a smooth medium medium-bodied red wine with delicious red berry flavors and a touch of oak on the finish.

Food Pairing: Pair this medium-bodied red wine with tomato-based dishes such as spaghetti and meatballs, recipes with marinara sauce, grilled steaks, lamb chops, cured meats like Prosciutto, most Italian cheeses, roasted veggies, recipes with oregano, thyme, basil, and sage.
