Sparkle Blanc

The grapes for this sparkling wine were sourced from White Squirrel Vineyards in Kenton, TN and Yakima Valley, Washington. Traditional European bottle-fermented methods were used to create this delicious sparkling white wine. The grapes were picked early to ensure delicate flavors and crisp acidity. The wine was fermented a second time inside the bottle for natural carbonation. Each bottle was clarified using gravity, then disgorged to remove the yeast sediment.
