Sparkle Rosé

The grapes for this sparkling wine were sourced from our estate Chambourcin vines here at the winery. Traditional European methods were used to create this gorgeous sparkling rosé. The grapes were picked early to ensure delicate flavors and crisp acidity. The wine was fermented a. second time inside the bottle for natural carbonation. Each bottle was clarified using gravity and then disgorged to remove the yeast sediment.
