Sweet Blues

The wine was made from ripe blueberries and blackberries. Both berries were harvested at the perfect ripeness, then heated and hot pressed into juice for fermentation. We blended these dark purple berry juices together and cold fermented them to preserve the naturally intense blueberry and blackberry aromas and flavors. No need to age this wine because it tastes wonderful now.

Food Pairing: Pairs perfect with desserts such as cheesecake, but also pairs well with grilled burgers, grilled pork tenderloin, and most picnic foods
